Steve had the following to say about WAVX

"wavx - the deal in france may add some off-balance sheet value to wavx but it depends on the float results"

I think that this is indicative that Steve basically doesn't follow WAVX very carefully. His opinion is neutral simply because he doesn't follow them carefully enough to have enough information to support an opinion (either negative or positive). He is indicative of other analysts; WAVX won't appear on their radar until they are generating revenues.
