Thahks for the info. I think it pretty much explains what was going on.
"Whores" <thanks D.Z.> moved shares from their own accounts to customers' accounts in orderly way at agreed price $39. When uninformed traders on the outside saw unusually high volume early in the morning at the price bellow yesterday closing, they too started selling, just in case.
As of now, I don't see anything to worry about. Could've been much uglier.
