As far as the downgrade from Roth, I view it as an update of what is going on at IFCI, from Roth's prospective. It does not change the fundamentals of the company or the market.

As far as your question "Does it sound like a company that is really growing?" The answer is yes. Any company that continues to grow at a 50%-100% rate per year will experience growing pains, and that is what I would consider this downgrade from strong buy to buy (having some contracts delayed).

PS I think this will keep us from breaking into double digits for the near future. I still don't think you're out of the woods yet, snake, but you're looking better.
