We've automated a lot of the 56 stuff with some spice thrown in by some. Scans pick up most of what's looked at. They're killer scans too. It shouldn't take you long at all to get rolling.

David, it's good to see you're back on SI. Doug can tell you that I've asked about you. I've been reading some ta books and have put my reading together with what I've learned from Doug to my normal evaluation of a stock. I read one of DeMark's books, of course. I found it to be much more informative than reading Pring.

I've been successful this spring in stock picking.
I've concentraded mostly on small-mid cap NYSE stocks that have no following on SI. Most of them have a following on SI now :-) Stocks that go up seem to gain popularity for some reason. I've tried to concentrate on first picking a sector that is just turning bullish and then finding a stock within that sector. I had success with LAF due to the gypsum shortage and RSC due to the great numbers being put out by electronic retailers, as two examples.

That's what I'm up to. Welcome back Dave.
