Regarding NT's LMDS, they did not show products at the last two major shows: InterOp and SuperComm. Nor at the one before, I believe ComNet. (They start to blurr after awhile.) As for the take-out rumors, I find it appalling analysts like Silverstein would perpetrate rumors. To be generous, I believe he must have been quoted out of context. The recent moves are based on advances on many fronts, but this week's are, and will be, primarily LMDS-related, at least if my gnomes are reading their cue-cards correctly. In a more general vein, I'm wondering if anyone's tallied how many strategic decisions Cisco's made based on where NN's already led the way. It would be enlightening to go back a year or so and post announcements showing me-too moves. Of course with WICConnexus they decided me-too wasn't enough and tried to leap-frog. Oops. . . wrong frog. Now, back to mama. . . Pat
