mark, thanks for the vote of confidence.

I'm still checking. I'll get back to you later with details on that when more are available.

I do have a question for you. Do you know if there was a restructuring recently, as I'm confused over which is a subsidiary of which ?? Perhaps you can clear this up ??

I always thought that Fnet was a subsidiary of Franklin Telecom ?? However, I'm not sure about that now ? Check this out.

Below it states that Franklin is a shareholder of Fnet. Click on FAQ.

Finally, I can't figure this out, is this yet a third corporation? Or was there simply a name change, and Franklin Telecom is now Franklin interNet ?? This states Franklin interNet is a "Major" subsidiary of FNet ??? It seems to state there is now a third corporation.

Franklin interNet is a well-established internet service provider, located in Westlake, California. It is a major subsidiary of FNet Communications Corporation.

Confusing isn't it, or was there some type of restructuring ??? Perhaps this was announced at the shareholders meeting ??

What is your opinion on this ??? Could this be the lawsuit that was referenced in the SEC filing? If so, that could be the reason the dates & events in the SEC referenced lawsuit don't match with Fnet vs Magruder litigation ??

Is there a lawsuit against this person by Fnet? Also, here it says Fnet, and its PARENT company Franklin Telecom. This is from a 1998 item.

Enrique G. Serna, J. D. LLM, is general counsel for both FNet Corp and its parent company, Franklin Telecom. Serna had been general partner for Serna & Associates, based in San Antonio, Texas and Miami, Florida. He has also served as vice president of public relations and press for Radio Programas de Mexico S.A. de C.V. Serna holds an advanced degree in International Comparative Law from the University of Victoria at British Columbia, Canada. He has extensive experience in both the legal and business communities throughout North, Central and South America. At FNet, Serna will focus on national and international contractual and corporate tariffing and regulatory issues.
