Thanks Carolyne. My ability to retain information is limited. Therefore, if I forget about those cases, will you remind me ;-)

Carolyn, hope I can keep my number too after admitting I did what Danny did and can't promise not to do it again if opportunity knocks. I like to grow my shares from their own sweet selves, and Trading not only freed up my GNET shares but grew 'em as I'd hoped too. For awhile, GNET and AOL were moving up and down in opposition like a yingyang so taking advantage of that was one way I did it. Result was a higher basis than I'd be looking at if I'd just held onto em from the git-go instead, yep, but harvested some penny losses around it so some of the taxes are already made up for along the way, doubleplusgood. Held at shakes, bought at lows, sold into highs... wish I could say I hit the biggest peaks and valleys but did good enough and so been staying still Bogarting since April now. IMHO Moving it around some doesn't hurt the longs position but Helps it by getting attention & contributing to volume which ultimately boosts the beta interest so then the price. I even bought some at a high before the last split as my own kinda surfboard sacrifice and have been rewarded with big waves ever since, yep, the basis is nice and low on that block of GNET about now. GNET's the best stock I've got....anything and everything I've done with it has worked out for the be$st!!

Joana
