I think their's one way that Qwest can make this deal in a positive way that will raise the stock short term, as well as long. That's if Bell South becomes further involved by in some way providing or guaranteeing the funding.

I think we have to view BLS as our partner, and if they think we should do the deal at a higher cost, it will be perceived positively.

I'm beginning to wonder how bright this Nacho is. Not only is usw and fro not a good fit for them, I think Nacho is offering too much for the purchase.
