I clearly predict that by Oct when this deal is closed Dimd shareholders will delighted with the price.

Richard: Is this deal worth approving just to get rid of Schroeder? He'll be part of the integrated company, unfortunately. Some telling remarks on the conf call this morning. Schroeder said graphics were a much larger portion of total DIMD sales in Q2 than Q1 (70% vs. 55% in Q1). In other words, Rio and home networking products were a "one quarter wonder". The company was unable to maintain any momentum in these new products beyond initial introduction. Failed execution. Charlie
