AZNT isn't current in their filings, has been sued by several other parties lately with no disclosure about that, and seems to have invented legal terminology. Sadly, gone is any reference to "declamation and liable". In its place are such psychic charges as conspiracy to commit slander, libel, and emotional distress. As for "tortuous interference", about the only thing tortuous is probably the expression on AZNT's lawyer's face trying to find that phrase in a legal dictionary. But the best has got to be "conspiracy to commit illegal shorting of non-securities". To steal a line from Bill Ulrich, does that mean AZNT is accusing people of shorting bed sheets? - Jeff
