Hard for me to tell what CR's estimate cut means. I will attempt to get their report or talk to them to see. I don't understand the game they are playing when they cut their rating to buy and yet hold a $15/sh '99 target. By my standards, that would be a strong buy.
Maybe they are just trying to generate volume and catch all the wiggles.
I will call the company (IFCI) to see what guidance they are giving. I haven't talked with them for three weeks.
