You are absolutely correct. It was 1998, not 1999. I'm sorry for the error. I was working off the date of the update, June 21, 1999, and did not accurately read the date of the filings themselves. In addition, it never occurred to me that these filings referred to actions over a year old, since filings for insider trades have to be made quarterly, if I recall correctly. That's no excuse for my error, of course, though it makes me wonder why these are so late. Thanks for the corrections. =+=+=Norm
