Atwood report in a week.
We are now ready to talk joint venture.
We could sustain a gold price of 200/oz.
I will be meeting the SEC in Denver tomorrow.
The Paramount App. is still in effect.

Regards,
Eric Parde

<<Have you read the BD report?>>

Yes I did. Excellent report... the type of reports that gives you the right time.

And it comes up to what I have been saying for 2 years now.

Even if a property has gold and is potentially a very large deposit, there is only one way to go..and it is not by hyping the stock and claiming huge resources and reserves.

You must spend enough exploration dollars to prove up reserves and establish a viable and economic orebody. This means that to prove up millions of ounces, you must spend 5-10 times more millions dollar.

The report is clear, it will be very costly to prove up ounce at Cangalli and, with current gold prices, it will be hard to justify spending exploration $$ over there.

Although I like the idea of a 500 meters thickness of conglomerates possibly containing some gold... I remain neutral on GE... I think it will be next to impossible to get big money to spend on this property. Until gold prices are much higher, I suspect very little will be done there.

Time will tell. I will continue to watch from time to time.
