first idtc has to develop the internet division. if you go back and read the old press clipping of when idtc purchased genie, they were talking about competing with aol. they ignored the biz and focused elsewhere. idtc would still need to develop a much larger user base before any spinoff. from all the recent announcements, idtc has developed and executing a plan to garner many more users for the isp. whether or not idtc spins off the isp side, i would hope they would develop it more first.
