It didn't for Johnnie Cochran!!! The jury was "nullified" and bought every word of his...I'm wondering if Stanley is going for jury nullification too.

Theo,

I'm not a lawyer, but I suspect that the industries lawyers have a very solid basis in law to ask for a mistrial.

The fact that the judge didn't summarily dismiss the motion would imply that there is some legal basis with merit for seeking the Mistrial.

We could see some very good news sooner than expected.

Theo, at the end it counts how the Homer's et al. are deciding, whatever legal basis the case has, it is meaning less as long as non-professionals are in the jury.
