gotcha... btw, i'm not convinced that testing issues didn't cause mu to hold inventory - if so, the hold might be equally distributed - which means - disaster...

What I remember was last qtr(F 2nd) they earned about 50 million pretax with an ASP of $9.50. I have been told by sources that they are shipping between 50-55 million/qtr, so that puts there fully loaded cost for that qtr at about $8.50, based on my experience that is about right with the poor yields thay have been experiencing with .21um. It's hard to see how they can cook the books for the qtr that just ended but they will try, but next qtr will be a disaster for them. 64M SDRAM modules are going for $30 today, with a $3.00 cost for the actual modual and assuming no markup for the distributer that gives a ASP of $3.75 per DRAM, my guess for next qtr is about a $4 loss/DRAM.
