How do you spell patience? b o r e d o m. Tough to just sit and not make a play just to make one. I've learned the hard way, buying or selling just to make a trade...always seems to be a bad move, at least in my experience.
For those that are really bored (or patient).....try this, you can turn the lights on or off..
