It is a very low price for a person who does not have a credit card or a bank account. But, has a child in school and a computer and needs access to the internet.

IDT sells about 200M a year in pre paid calling cards already to the ethnic communities.

This is a natural extension of the service and I understand the cards are FLYING off the shelves. Sold out in the first week in most places.
