Tom ,CUBE chips are touted to be of good quality. A part of their revenues come from competing in China where cost is an important factor. Their good at combining chip operations into one chip.

The July issue of Scientific American carries a full page 87 ad by ECD. The ad features both NiMH batteries and Metal Hydride storage devices.

On the bad news side, the July issue of Popular Science reports (page 45) that the switch to NiMH for power tools has been temporarily halted in the U.S.: "Only Makita and Bosch are selling NiMH batteries in the United States." And, "What's holding up the parade? Price. Manufacturers believe that U.S. buyers, unlike their European and Japanese counterparts, won't pay extra for the new technology." Never underestimate the power of ignorance.

Del, I don't know if people are starting to realize the royalties that we'll be getting or not. I was hoping that the increased volume yesterday afternoon was a prelude to some future information being released (T. Lowery hopefully). I haven't called ECD, but I haven't seen or heard anything since the shareholders meeting with regards to having access (??) to a clean room.
