Finally the legislation passed; now there are new Cessna's you can buy.

But my freedom's have been restricted by the legislation. I'll admit that the goals of the laws are in theory noble, but now there's yet another law on the books that I've got to keep track of.

In a pure capitalistic system, Cessna will only produce planes if it is economically feasible for them to do so.

If schister trial lawyers and exorbitant damages prevent a profit, Cessna won't make planes. However, the government has intervened and "righted the situation". While in this particular scenario worked out, IMHO, government intervention is far more to be feared than the few minor situations they correct.
