After trying unsuccessfully all morning to get into the Datek site, I am finally able to log in now. This has been a horrible day for Datek. I can't find any explanation on their site of what happened.

I cancelled an order. I find no open orders in Open orders. I see it marked as 'closed' in Daily Activity and marked as 'timed out' in Messages. Is this order really cancelled?
