I tried out bestcalls.com once, and found it to be excellent - in that instance anyway. Not knowing what to expect from it, I also was tied in to the phone call. The only difference between the two was that the net call was slightly behind the phone call. After a while I hung up the phone and just listened to the webcast. FWIW.
