RE: PMGIF/Spice now Playboy "exclusive rights to programming and internet site"

Dear Mr. McNamara:

I am an investor/shareholder in your corporation PMGIF and as of your latest filings, you indicate you are working
towards increasing shareholder value. Exactly how and when is this going to occur? I have been waiting to hear from
your offices - either you don't get your messages, or you choose not to answer them when you do receive them.

So I have taken the opportunity to contact Playboy directly and their attorney is looking into the "exclusive rights" and
what that means for PMGIF in terms of revenues and any increased valuation. I understand you made Flipper movies in
1995, you have "Celebrity productions" making all types of movies for adult entertainment and your association with
www.persiankitten.com of 1998 is all well and good on paper but what about revenues? I understand your 450,000 loan from PMGIF was for Celebrity - what is happening with that and are you paying that sum back, ie are your movies making money?

You fired your New York City PR firm in late fall and your offices have been negligent to investor requests. I
expect you will be receiving an inquiry or two from Playboy attorneys out of Los Angeles, CA and I should also
appreciate a response to my concerns elaborated above.

I am enclosing a copy of some information that other investors are in possession of, and we are all waiting to hear your
response. I look forward to hearing from you soon,

Sincerely,

Jacalyn M. Deaner

email sent to Stuart at Playboy today at 2:50 pm central: will post answer when received.

Dear Stuart, please refer to the information below and let me know what you have found out
or dug up on PMGIF and their participation at the cyberspice website as they filed their
association described in the documentation provided you and provided in the SEC filings.

Your attention to this matter has been greatly appreciated, Sincerely,

Jacalyn M. Deaner
Dear Stuart, thank you for calling me this afternoon; below please find links to the web
sites where you can find the SEC
filings to date along with a "thread" where the research has led to me writing to SPICE.
Please see the text from hoover's to see what the reference to Spice by PMGIF is, that
sentence is included in their
filings with the SEC.

I appreciate your getting to the bottom of this; PMGIF has been noncommunicative and
this needs to be addressed
immediately. Either the affiliation is real - that they are designing your website and are
entitled to proceeds on a
percentage, or they are not entitled to anything; that you mentioned you are only aware
of some "hardcopy" Spice TV
guide - that is not what they have filed nor had published in their company description at
Hoover's.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, please call me anytime. Sincerely,
Jacalyn M. Deaner
