I just looked them up in my files, Ross. Hope this helps.

Who is CDS with 19,641,623 shares or 66.9% of outstanding?

Who is CEDE & CO. with 6,551,676 shares or 22.3% of outstanding?

Note on p.2 of Annual Report: Nobody knows <g>.

Did I miss the announcement of KRT abandoning the Clearwater project and writeoff of $901,140?

Last page of Financial Statement of June 30th, 1998

"To date, the Company has paid acquisition costs and funded exploration totaling $901,140 on the Clearwater Nickel Project. In order for the Company to complete its 50% earn-in, the Company must fund exploration of $ 1,500,000 on or before September 18, 1998."

I thought the mini-bulk samples were being analyzed in Canada but the annual report states that DeBeers S.A. will be doing the microdiamond recoveries.

See News release of Tuesday Feb 16 1999

"Concentrating of the minibulk samples will begin shortly at the Monopros facility in Canada. Grab samples collected over both one- and six-metre intervals will be retained for petrographic examination, potential microdiamond recoveries, geochemical studies and for the permanent archive collection. Composite grab samples from the 1999 program will be submitted to the DeBeers laboratory facility in South Africa for microdiamond recoveries."

Hi Ross,
In reference to your question regarding CDS and CEDE? I believe that they are holding companies that act as a depository for shares issued in street name. One is US owned shares and the other Canadian?
I am not 100% certain though.

Cheers,

Larry
