Rumor:

I agree. It would seem that CPQ could use all of the revenue sources at its disposal currently. Going for the quick gain does not impress me, if that is, in fact, the case.

Internet companies are not a source of revenue--they are a source of speculative investment. How many internet companies do you know actually produce a profit??? If CPQ can get 3 billion without having to invest another dime, I'd say it was a pretty shrewd business deal. BTW, how much did they pay for Digital?
