Haim, i can't disagree with anything you said and looks like your putz/calls did better today than my hopeful bullishness, but i'm not throwing in the towel yet - the stocks and indexes that had breakouts may have just been retesting the breakout point today, though the 1 billion shares nasdaq volume has me a nervous long with tight stops, one of my longs was even up big today, adobe my favorite software provider was up 4.5% today.

Haim, after looking at the charts, yes we did have a shooting star and the nasdaq bounced off it's upper 50 day band.

and we have three gaps from the 6/15 low, the final gap a smally intraday gap, which was closed on this big sell-off, which may be an exhaustion gap, buyers ran out of money intraday trying to hold up the market and extend the rally.
