got this email from a friend. Interesting article in WSJ today about GE and the internet. They have internal teams called "destroyyourbuisness.com" (meaning they think internet startups can destroy your business) looking at every aspect of incorporating the net in their businesses. Jack Welch has said get on the net or get fired. They even realize that the net may make direct selling more natural and that may mean cannibalizing business from their distributors and retailers.
