For what it's worth, the rep. I talked to, thought that most orders should get 100 shares based on #'s from this morning.

I would assume the 50K rule would be enforced since demand is strong and Waterhouse needs to prevent folks from opening up multiple low $$ accounts just to gain access to IPO's.
