Claude... According to Jim at JDX they don't intend on become a holding company. The reason for the medsite.com private placement was the deal was made available to them and it was just to good to pass up. As for the name change.... Is is just common sense that they will change their name, however I am not sure when they are going to do the change. I will asked JDX the next time I call. Best Regards KEITH

Portfolio investments in unrelated or non-historical industries are usually representative of a holding company approach...hopefully this will not be the case here or we'll start to trade at a discount to cash...like VO in the '80s...I'll trust Keith's view until it become otherwise obvious....watch for portfolio positions being take directly by one of their investor/directors...."CC"...he normally gets involved with 'offshore placements' of more jr./spec situations.
