>>What happens if ASI does not meet the deadline?<<

Hi Jason,

They will trade for awhile on the PINK sheets. This means that the prices will not be real time quotes (however I understand that this may change for MM's and Brokerage firms by mid July).

Some of the firms who are just now going through the first stage of this process are still attempting to get their financial statements audited. Some firms have said that it has taken them up to five months to complete their filing application. ASI did theirs at the end of April.

So basically they have filed, and are awaiting the NASDAQ to respond with any questions or clarifications they require related to their application. Once this happens, ASI will bring what ever and whomever they need together to quickly respond and send it back to the NASDAQ for final approval.

I know that ASI worked closely with their auditors to get the initial filing completed. So now the ball is in the NASDAQ's court.

By the way, there are a lot of companies that are nowhere near as far along as ASI is.

I don't think that this will cause any real inconvenience, in that we will still be able to make trades. It just means that we won't have access to real time quotes. That is my understanding anyway. If I have misstated anything here, could someone please correct what I have said.

If you haven't done so already, you may want to go to the form 10 document to read it. I did, twice actually. Once when it first came out, and the second time when this issue came up. I have to say that it gave me a sense of comfort about my ownership in this company and its future potential.

Hope this helps!
