Binx, re: Subject: Six U.S. chip makers see windfall returns in Taiwan alliances. These are some of the same companies added to an index last year by Nationsbank/Mongomery (I may have the name wrong). They call it "The Fabless Index" and the semiconductor manufacturers share the same business plan of not owning a fab outright and outsourcing some portion of production.
