This filing was so sloppy, I could have dealt with it myself. (It was actually hilarious; it was a lousy filing with all--I mean all--of the details wrong.) But if it comes back--which it may, with correct filings--I was glad for the legal counsel because although I know real estate law and landlord tenant law well--my father was in real estate for 50 years--it is a different world if one has an attorney. (For one thing, the lines are shorter!)
