TD stock closed up 2 points (Canadian) after falling all day. Haven't found any news to account for this yet. Could this have to do with IPO?

JZ, I understood the explanation as a round robin deal. Each account that is picked will get 100 shares. If there are any shares left over, they will take the folks who ordered more than 100 and allocate each of these accounts another 100 shares. If there are still some shares, they will start over with the folks who ordered more than 100. You may get allocated more than 100 shares, but it will happen only 100 shares at a time.

100 shares per account in the first round of allocation.

The also said all retail investors at Waterhouse have same chance, whether your accont is $50,000 or $5,000,000.

He did say the $5,000,000 and up account holders are screaming as well.
