I will contend that Sprint is no customer service powerhouse. I had a phone shut of for not paying a first bill I never recieved. They had mistyped my adress. It was my fault. I have had terrible experiences with AMERICAN EXPRESS(and I am dumb enough to pay for a platinum card). They at least sent me a 250 dollar gift certificate. However ATT is the worst company on the face of the earth. They spit on their customers, and hire incompetent idiots. I would spend 2X any bill to simply not have to deal with those idiots!
