You may be a propeller head but you're not a business strategist.> Excellent point. One really needs to step back and look at the reality of the situation. Anyone who deals with customers/clients should understand the difficult position SUNW is in if they were not at fault -- sometimes you just have to "suck it up" when dealing with clients and let them face the music on their own terms.
