I cannot get any charts to print in CyBerTrader. I have changed the background color from black to white...no luck. Have done everything else I can think of. I'm using an HP-4 laserjet printer. I've never tried to print the charts before in CyBerTrader.

When I attempt to print an intraday bar chart, I get an error message saying "Cannot create a bitmap to print on....code 6. Document was not printed."

Does the printing feature work? If so, do you have any idea why it may not work for me. I cannot seem to get a response on this through Communicator. Thanks,

Bill Dwyer

I made 3 trades today one in premarket, ISLAND went down, my quotes were frozen when I tried to cancel a sell and put it in lower while I had a large gain...I had no idea if it went through or not until the office manager contacted the clearing firm...I'm stuck with a huge loss on CKFR.

Second trade; I bought PASA, almost immediately the ISLAND book went out...trading blind, I got out, it ran up for 3 more points.

I'm very disapointed with this whole package today

Why are the index quotes screwed up all day? Is it too much to ask to have the "premier" daytrading platform come up w/ accurate index quotes for a change? How long have we had this problem? This is not rocket science. Please fix it, it's getting tiresome.

Dave Loren the owner of Andover Securities, asked me to leave today, it seems he's having a bad....THE SYSTEM IS DOWN ...ALL DAY...NO TRADING on CYBERTRADER, no commisions. Dave doesn't like anyone talking about how the service is here....

I wonder if I'll ever get credited for the overcharges on the commisions I've been asking for lately. Geez, I just talked to Dave yesterday....must be, he thinks this is a CHEAPER alternative than paying me.

I wonder how he found out I wrote here soo fast...anyone have any ideas?

Can someone here please explain CyberX? I've been to the CyberCorp website, and I'm confused about what this trading platform is. Is it a stand-alone Windows app like CyberTrader and CyberT? Or is it a java based app, launched from within a browser?

I would be very interested in a browser launched direct access trading platform as my system is a Unix workstation capable of running Netscape and java, but not Windows apps.

Thanks.
