Hi DSD, yeah, I could get the same house in Prince William County for around $200K, too, I think, and out here in Chantilly (Western Fairfax) for maybe $220 - $250K. But it's 13 miles closer to D.C. and my husband's job, would knock about 1/2 hour off his commute. And if it were really in Mantua, a very chi-chi subdivision, it would be $350K, but the seller is stretching, and he knows it.<g> Funny how all that works, I am thinking about getting a realtor's license, I've learned so much I should put it to good use.<g>

Re: Cajun Electric Power Cooperative bankruptcy, when I last lived in Louisiana, there was a bankruptcy court in New Orleans, but not in Baton Rouge. There is a federal district court in Baton Rouge, but it would be in a bankruptcy court, wouldn't it? Or was it referred to the district court for litigation?
