Skeets, how soon we forget the touts of the past. Remember when MU was "a computer co. now, not a chip co." Or, "Our future is in the Microstamp, not DRAM." Or, "we are the leaders in Burst Edo." Still are the leaders, I think. <g> My favorite was when Kurlak's eps estimate had 20 cents a share from SRAM, and MU had just closed down its SRAM line. Yes, it was a temporary shut down, but the timing was exquisite. The same analyst also counted MU's dividend as part of their return months after MU stopped paying a dividend. I say this only because many of us now remember Kurlak as one of the "good analysts." Only compared to Niles or Edlestonehead or Whittington. <g>

how can out tout 64 mb at $4 with tons of inventory

As MU can never cut the cost below $4, it will alway lose money.
