hello judy,

NOT sure exactly when INKT's shopping engine will be officially released but i believe, it's soon - actually, i'm very happy with INKT right now and hope that the market stays healthy - there is always competition arising (such as the possibility that CMGi will buy Altavista from CPQ and compete for the search engine space) BUT then again, INKT has been diversifying into other product areas including the directory engine it just recently launched

***off topic***

re: engage - i have been noticing that a lot of the recent ipo's from CMGi have fared very well AND i think that some of those moves can be attributed to the clout the CMGI name lends - judy, i really cannot predict how the engage ipo will do - if i could get the shares easily i would BUT not being an american resident disqualifies me - i think the market would have to become quite negative for you to lose money if you got in at the offering price and you could possibly makes some nice gains BUT again you would have to hold the stock for a stipulated period of time in order to retain your privileges for future offerings

one thing is watch for though is how any privacy groups act around the time of the ipo though engage profiles internet users anonymously - i would specifically be concerned about news with the DCLK/ABACUS merger foreshadowing any negative press for ENGAGE though ENGAGE has stronger legs to stand on re: privacy

best of luck to you! - if you don't get ENGAGE, IMO, they'll be later opportunities for you - actually the NAVISITE and CHEMDEX ipo intrigue me more

talk to you soon
