I don't have to check it out as I know the facts very well:
why should I place a market order for $13 at JB Oxford when I can place a limit order for $9.99 at Datek.
It is important here to compare only equal things.
It is not a good idea to compare JB Oxford with Schwab because Schwab offers a lot of real valuable customer services (for those who need and/or want it) while JB Oxford doesn't offer such services or offer it for a fee.
