So if they increased the offering size to 42 million, does that mean there will be 370 million shares outstanding after the IPO, or...will there still be 360 million shares outstanding but TD has sold more than 8.7% of TWE?

Either way, high end of the range and the ability to raise an additional $240 million tells me that demand is strong.

$Mogul, I am passing TWE. It will sink not only if market goes down, but beacause of its heavy float. And when the market goes up it will lag the recovery because more money will be needed to bring it back to surface. At 24 , upside may be at most 6 to 8, but its is not worth it. MAIL.COM at 7 was a very riskless play. I am cursing to myself why I flipped.
