Barb,

Have you ever dealt with SI on such issues? I have.

Terms of use are not always equally applied IMO. When a person feels
that is the case what do you suggest?

Getting an e-mail saying that the matter is closed doesn't leave a
person with a lot of options when they feel they are right.
