RBlatch, FYI here's the Bloomberg skinny on the API numbers, maybe next week we crack 330. I hope, I hope, I hope. Gotta love those heating oil numbers too.

API Says U.S. Crude Oil Inventories Declined 5.751 Mln Bbls

Washington, June 22 (Bloomberg Energy) -- U.S. crude oil inventories
declined by 5.751 million barrels to 331.3 million barrels in the
week ended June 18, the American Petroleum Institute said in its
latest weekly report.

The latest API figures show U.S. crude oil inventories are
7.21 million barrels down compared with the same period a year ago.

U.S. gasoline inventories increased by 0.160 million barrels to
223.6 million barrels week on week, and were up 2.134 million
barrels compared with the same time a year ago.

Distillate stocks, which include heating oil and diesel fuel,
were down 2.070 million barrels at 130.1 million barrels compared
with the previous week. Against the previous year, distillate
inventories declined by 1.2 million barrels, the API said.

Residual fuel oil inventories stood at 40.8 million barrels
week ended June 18, up 1.940 million barrels from the previous
week. Residual fuel oil inventories were 39.0 million barrels
the previous year.

Weekly imports of crude oil to the U.S. decreased by 0.2 million
barrels a day to 8.2 million b/d. Last year the U.S. imported
7.9 million b/d of foreign crude.

U.S. refineries operated at 96.2% of capacity, compared with
96.7% during the previous week, and 98.8% at the same time a year
ago.

Total U.S. refinery capacity stood at 15.8 million b/d for the
week ended June 18, unchanged from the previous week.
Operable capacity was 15.8 million barrels the previous year.
