Northstar, a copy of this Merrill Lynch report was sent to us by a friend who posts here. They will read this and maybe they will tell you how to obtain a copy but we don't have any connections with Merrill Lynch. I used them many many years ago but no longer do. Perhaps you know someone who uses Merrill. It is a very comprehensive report. Very well done. Ken
