Thanks. I found what I was looking for. The bankruptcy judge ordered the two competing bidders to mediate and it appears that they may end up as joint venture partners. My former company was a partner in one of the bidding entities, but transferred its interest to the other partners when the company was sold and taken private in a tender offer transaction.
