Well just "peeking" from my vacation. A spinn off could be interesting but with the "smart moves" from managment lately i fear that they will give away the farm and leave us stock holders with nothing. I hope for now until (if ever) I get confidence back in managment that they will leave things alone.

Charles, i'm sure Malone can perform some of his magic like he did with TCI, Liberty, TCI Ventures and Tune. Can't ask for anyone better to have on your side when it comes to doing deals.

He's big on tracking stocks.

Most likely, ACTV would receive a majority of shares, and according to the fancy of the public, we could see the value of these shares balloon to constitute some significant capital.

Now, you know as well as I do that a company that holds x million shares worth xxx million of dollars generally become more attractive and valuable. Just look at CMGI's market cap.!

Conclusion: An IPO of HyperTV Networks would cause IATV to soar.
