Hello Fisherman1: MKTY
Do you have any feel for the 'funny money' dollars that are in the major firms involvement. Often they obtain funds from the Feds to steward into supplementing investigatory programs. Everyone involved feels better with these arrangements, and the accounting for tax dollars is as loose as congress. If I recall, Southern Cal Ed has a long history of doing oncies this way, often on large scale. Fuel cell technology development is a very slow moving technology. I have seen nothing so far (and have not looked hard) to indicate MKTY has developed a 'seismic' technology change.
Best regards,
m
