Jon,

OAIS has no part in the spinoff's. Buy some NUOA if you want to participate in the spinoff's.

Fred spun off NUOG a few years ago. After a couple of changes those shares trade under TXCI. A couple of weeks ago TXCI hit a high of $1.01.

Fred knows what he is doing.

I think all of our patience will yield a big payoff if we hold a year or two.
