rest42: LOLLOL....I agree....Ericsson is going to make an announcement sometime rather soon relative to their association with 3com. Rumor is that they Ericsson are interested in a Canadian concern. Lets hope they make an acquisition offer to 3com before shareholders mtg...then Benhamou will be History! There is no way this guy will be elevated into a HP or Compaq position...it would give me the utmost pleasure to see him pushing a grocery cart down the street! HK
