Guys, This would be funny if it wasn't so sad.... It is now about a year since I first added GLOW to the "Blivit List" of overly-hyped stocks. A year ago, when I stated that GLOW did not have a deal with the Government of Dominica to establish the "World's First Government-Sponsored Casino Gaming Site", a statement which was supported by newspaper reports from the Island, "jjbucci" rose up in righteous indignation. Anyway, a year ago, GLOW was about to file initial reports with the SEC, complete a deal involving "Burnt Church", recover a bunch of stock that was issued in some other deal, and do a whole bunch of other stuff. Has GLOW accomplished any of this in the intervening year? It does not appear that they have. Now GLOW is issuing another 12 million shares to satisfy creditors, and will issue even more, most likely at a substantial discount to market price, to meet the creditor requirement to "receive new equity funds as a condition of the closing". And it faces being dropped off of the OTC BB by the end of the year... So what exactly is there about which to become enthusiastic? Bob Davis The Napeague Letter
